Alert Issued For Nassau County Man Wanted On DWI Charge

New York State Police investigators are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted man who was arrested in Nassau County last year.

An alert was issued by New York State Police in East Meadow for Danell Nicholas following his arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated in Nassau County on April 22 last year.

Investigators said Nicholas is wanted by New York State Police and Nassau County Court after a warrant was issued for his arrest on May 16 last year when Nicholas failed to appear in court.

Police said Nicholas, 33, is approximately 5-foot-11, weighing 188 pounds with black hair and gray eyes. Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts has been asked to contact New York State Police investigators by calling (631) 756-3300 or emailing CrimeTip@troopers.ny.gov.
